• Personal Identification Information: Parent's name, registered phone number, and student details (Name, Student ID, Stream, Semester).
• Device Information: Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens) to send real-time attendance alerts to your specific device.
• Authentication Data: Login sessions managed securely via Firebase Authentication using OTP (One-Time Passwords).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively for educational and administrative purposes, specifically to:

• Verify your identity and link you securely to your child's records.
• Send immediate push notifications when your child is marked absent.
• Display daily and cumulative attendance statistics for your child.
• Maintain the security and integrity of our systems.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Data is strictly managed by the college administration.

We use the following secure third-party services to operate the app:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure OTP phone authentication and delivering push notifications. Firebase adheres to strict global data security standards.

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using standard HTTPS protocols.

5. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, which generally spans the duration of the student's enrollment at the institution. You may request account deletion by contacting the college administration.
